Product not as pictured & they would not refund expensive shipping costs!
My husband and I ordered these bed rest pillows thinking they would be large and comfortable. However, upon receiving them we realized they were a lot smaller than how they appeared in the picture; they were also uncomfortable. We immediately contacted the seller to return them. They sent us the instructions. I 'shopped around' to find the cheapest shipping I could find and it was still over $27.00. I went ahead and returned everything in its original packaging, as requested. Then, AFTER shipping everything back and after they received it, they refused to return not only the original shipping costs, but also the expensive return shipping costs! We thought this was outrageous considering they never made it known to us until after we had returned the items and also since it was their fault that the product was misleading (image-wise) on Amazon. Small but so comfy!
I purchased this pillow for my girlfriend to use after having surgery. We were a little concerned that it might be too small for her to use (it looks bigger in the pictures). She is 6'1" and full-figured. She could not be happier with this pillow. It's comfortable and provides good back support.
Perfect
Just the correct size for an average person, can also fit two of these on a queen bed. Soft but yet supportive, does not sink when you lean into it. Not too high, I put a pillow between me and the bedrest pillow for height. Like the microfiber finish for easy clean up-spot treatment only, no zip off to wash cover. Would purchase again...
